Dance is the hidden language of the soul. The body says what words cannot.

Nothing is impossible if you are willing to do the work.

Flu

Down with flu today... Must be becos of the rain... Raining so heavily these few days...

I don't like the feeling of not going to work... Cos

No 1 - Miss rehearsals

No 2 - You know you have to work doubly hard to catch up the next day

No 3 - You caused inconvenience to those in the same rehearsals as you

No 4 - I miss dancing

No 5 - I miss the ppl there, esp Choon Hui!

Haha... Im much happier since I went to MDC... ya, there's ups and downs... But most of the time, I enjoyed myself learning and performing with these ppl...

Thanks to everybody who has shown concern towards me yesterday... A super embarrassing thing happened to me yesterday! Well, I don't wanna elaborate...
But thank God, no one noticed I think!

Tomorrow is vocal class and I haven't decided what songs to sing yet! We have to prepare one English song and one Chinese song... Haiz...Gonna crack my brain now...

Finally Update

I finally update my blog... it's been ages since i updated my blog... well, can't help it... been super busy dancing from Monday to Saturday every week...

Anyway, just wanna write something about the NUS Dance Ensemble concert - The Next Waves 05 that i watched last sunday...

There's this particular chereography that really really touched my heart...

REQUIEM FOR A DREAM...
Chereography by Bryan Lee

"The pain of lost love is familiar yet fathomable. Unfulfilled promises, dashed dreams and unrealizded hopes. We struggle just to withstand the numbing blow of shock and disbelief. Memories flood our minds in waves amplifying the horror that has been wrought. Only in forgetting can we try to resist the temptation of surrendering to despair..."

I cried while watching the chereography.... Bryan, when u explained ur dance piece to me, you really touched every piece of my broken heart...
